Josh, I’ve looked in to this for my 37+. The best solution I’ve found is to build a shelf inside your anchor locker that would have a horizontal windlass mounted on it. I hear Lewmar’s Pro-Series works well (http://www.lewmar.com/products.asp?id=8329&type=110&channel=1)
