If it's just the joker valve, you don't need to buy a WC part (which seems hard to find). I picked up a Jabsco valve at West Marine because it's all they had and it worked fine in my WC head. Seems like all the 3" joker valves are basically interchangeable. Pretty easy job, too, and much cleaner than I expected it to be.
I was only having back-flow issues though. Not sure if it would solve your water leak problems.
