Valid point. Maybe it's the wrong way to do so. It seemed right to work this 
way in the delegate. I get to use my internal string constants for the 
identifiers, I can directly set actions without having to connect them in IB 
and do not have to keep the IB file and my code in sync since this comes free 
with using the constants. Localizations is equally easy done in code this way. 
Icons for the Items are easily maintainable in one spot.

But you're right, maybe I should give the IB focused way another chance.
