[Coder-Com] clearing invites on burst

Shouldn't invites always be cleared if the channel is younger during a
burst? 
even if no +i +k situation
because the invites are a property of the channel, and in this case they
are added by the net riders, thus not wanted by the "rightful" ops.
maybe also an idea to clear invites in clearmode w/o parameters
