When will you people get the message ?

Colours are a CLIENT thing and are therefor not suppose to be filtered by
the server.
If you don't like colours then simply have your client strip them. What you
don't see won't bother you, right ?

Highly experienced coders have said several times it would use too much cpu
and even if it wouldn't, the fact remains colours are a client problem.
Colours were introduced by clients and therefor should be handled by them.
If this is allowed we might aswell start adding other modes for every other
extension some client coder decides to add to his client.

Imo there are more important features to spend cputime on. +c is certainly
not one of those.
Next we'll have people asking for a channel mode to ban swearing or funny
non-regular characters like some scripts love to use.
Ircu is only suppose to relay. What you do with that data is your concern.
