已提交 Slack 工厂配置校验 PR：#12178（https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12178），目标分支为 `dev`。 为 `webhooks_url`、`oauth_token` 和 `slack_channel` 添加声明式 `Conditions.notBlank()`，保留三个字段的必填要求。 工厂测试覆盖有效配置、三个字段分别缺失、空字符串、单个空格、制表符、换行符和混合空白值，以及带首尾空格的非空白值仍可通过。测试直接调用配置验证器，不进行远程检查。 10 个测试实例全部通过，9 个相关模块的 verify 及 Spotless 检查通过。仅修改工厂和测试，未修改客户端、writer 或 #12171 的认证修复范围。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
