Opened PR [#12607](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12607) for the confirmed Kudu `kudu_masters` validation scope across Source, Sink, and Catalog. It adds declarative nonblank validation while preserving existing parsing and configuration behavior, with factory regression tests and rule-removal verification for all three factories.
