Opened #12572 for the approved Socket Source-only slice. The PR adds declarative nonblank validation for host and positive-value validation for port, with factory tests for valid and padded host, each option missing, blank/whitespace host, and zero/negative port. Both regression cases failed before the rules were added; the complete Socket module verify now passes (10 tests). English and Chinese source docs are updated.
