       Yes, I agree on the approach! I just pushed the new tests (with the 
check enabled). The name of the flag I picked is 
`TVM_CRT_STACK_ALLOCATOR_ENABLE_FIFO_CHECK`, please let me know if you agree 
with it, or if you have a better name (naming is not my strong skill :) )
