That would be interesting - at least it would eliminate the current
guesswork.

I have since restarted the IIS services after the Declude services - just in
case one "blocked" the other, even physically restarted the box. But neither
made a difference.

I did create a simple JSCRIPT to read the database using the
DSN=WorkgroupShare - without any problems - so there must be some "oddity"
in Declude's ADO Connect for it to get the SQLSetConnectAttr failure.
