The command line parameter to change board size does nothing.

I tried:

   ./mogo --19
   ./mogo -19

and it only seemed to want to play on 9x9 boards. Am I doing
something wrong?

A similar problem with the levels - it doesn't seem to matter what time
I set.

Does the command line parsing work?
