Apparently not. If you read the article I linked to in the reply to Tom, you'll see that some of the restaurants in question were very well-known DC eateries, including one that Hillary Clinton goes to. Another was Clyde's, where I have eaten many times. I suppose that if it's Peggy, the waitress at the diner where you've eaten breakfast every morning for the last 25 years, you're pretty safe.
