I think it is a violation of the spirit of "open source" thinking to 
deliberately fail to recognize a people.

On the other hand, business is business, and in a way it is 
"democratic" reasoning to conclude that 1 billion people 
are a majority vote, even if individually they are not doing
the voting.

Overall, I like to do things that are the "smoothest".

In mainland China, Mandrake should probably go by 
some "ching bang kong clang" name written in squiggley,
and not have a Taiwaneese flag on it.

This is a "packaging issue" then.

Do both.
