Hmm

1) as I understood it is not sourcebased, but can be a way of
"Support for multiple stages of package building: .... First the "RECIPE" 
where just the highest level of meta information exists ... Then the BUILD 
which results in an installable package. ..... Then INSTALL ....."


2) it's not released yet as stable
"Note that the implementation is not complete nor is it tested too well. I 
expect the implementation to be complete by version 1.0. "

Yes it sounds interesting. Maybe in Mandrake 12.0 ? ;)
