I agree with this. Keep it in the freezer. I like to pop in the toaster oven frozen and toast and then put in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (may take longer in some microwaves) to warm the middle. I hate soggy bread as well. *smile*

When I need a few buns or slices of bread, I take them out and microwave them for roughly 20 seconds. Note that my microwave is pretty fast. For example, I can pop a bag of microwave in 1 minute and 20 seconds. Some can take longer than 3 minutes to do the job. Anyway, the buns are as fresh as when you bought them if you do what I do. -- If guns kill people, writing implements cause grammatical and spelling errors! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jude DaShiell" <jdash...@shellworld.net> To: <cookinginthedark@acbradio.org> Sent: Sunday, September 01, 2013 4:06 PM Subject: Re: [CnD] how do you build a hot-dog? - Re: HOTDOG CHILLY > Always use fresh bread!
