I peel & cube russet potatoes, put them in a large pot & cover with water. I 
boil them for 20-30 minutes, or until tender. Then I drain the potatoes & put 
them back in the pot. I add one stick of butter & let that melt. Then I add 
seasoning & mayo. Then using a hand mixer, I whip the potatoes until they are 
the consistency I want. My husband & I can’t do milk & the mayo makes a great 
substitute in mashed potatoes. People rave about how good they are.

Sorry I can’t give exact measurements. I just add ingredients until it’s right 
for me.
