Thanks, this look and dropping the reference to "UDP" make sense.
One minor nit is that "are relevant to the DNSprovider" might be better worded as "may be used when creating the initial context". This will fit nicely if/when someone adds a description to the @provides tag. At some point I hope the other properties can be used too but that is beyond the scope of JDK-8228580.
