Thanks, I was starting to feel a little overly sensitive.  Perhaps 
someone should start an outside list that normal people can come to and 
get help from other users for basic things, and then leave this list for 
more serious questions.  I'm sure Sam would be much happier too as he 
would no longer have to deal with the horror of having all these stupid 
people (like me) lurking around his list
