Rather than a blunt alias, a mailing list, setting the Reply to:
header with the address of the list, so any reply will also be sent to
any member of the list.

Although several users accessing the same mailbox at the same time
should not be a problem (concurent accesses is what maildir is good
at), the idea of a shared password is a *BAD* idea: how will you
manage the change of password once one person left the company?

The advantage of the messages deliverd to the user's mailbox has
another advantage: no need to look for the information at a different
place: how many users would forget/neglect to open the information
mailbox? Especially if the traffic level is slow or they fill
unconcernend by most of the message.

Bests,

Olivier
