MiamiShared- Consider investing in a keypad lock and give each of your members an individual code. That way you can restrict access to those who you feel need access before/after normal hours without leaving the place wide open. Depending on the lock, you may also be able to monitor it remotely to see who is using the space. Schlagelink <http://link.schlage.com/Products/Pages/KeypadLeverStarterKit.aspx> is an option, but there are plenty of others. We use this at Veel Hoeden and have been happy with the flexibility it gives us.
