Fair enough, and I apologize for the overstatement.

Personally I don't care about any other language, I care about Perl.
Me, too, and that was more than anything just a shorthand way for
saying "something really cool that people admire."
There are better ways to
get what you want rather than starting a flamewar,
Certainly wasn't my intention, and I wish that I didn't have to keep
beating a drum to get raise the awareness that not everyone shares the
same coding ideals. Sometimes I feel that's sinking in, and sometimes
I think it's not.
