Apart from the racism, the other two points are valid reasons (since
they affect gameplay experience).
In this case the ops dont kick you, but lock you in spec and try to
convince you to spend money.

server is self supported and the owner doesn't want non-supporting
players to play, it's completely up to the owner to do that.
Plus, the player is free to choose any other servers.
