I believe that it's as it is intended. These are templates for a blog and how the designer designed them. I am coding them exactly as she rendered it in Photoshop. I'm sure when the real content goes in these minor things will be corrected. And I will make sure to point out all the inconsistencies that I had noticed in her PSD.
