Phillipe found the same notes I did. I didn't have a machine in the lab with the requisite resolution and FF version, so my browser version was off. The first bug report I had listed version 28. I did some installs and narrowed it to the '21 good', '22 inflated'. Its not just my site, its all sites ... I'm playing with various media query methods and meta tags and roaming around looking for a site that doesn't do it, but will not be devoting a huge amount of time on this as these discoveries narrowed the impact substantially.
Its not, after all, a horrible thing ... and for the majority of websites in love with fonts under 16px size, its downright nice for those of us with poor eyesight ... if stressful for control freaks (of which I may or may not be one).
