Excellent post! Very few people are aware of the pagan origins of modern
Christian observances such as Christ-Mass. (Everyone should check out the
origin of the use of Christmas trees!) Your words are, as usual,
brilliantly enlightening in a non-threatening manner. Someone should take
lessons from you :-)

BTW, wasn't there a study some years ago pertaining to the calculation of
Christ's birth around the Roman census--purportedly between January and April?
