Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.507 to 1.508
* data/Makefile.am: install the default presentation
* data/default-presentation.criawips: the new default presentation
* src/dom/cria-presentation.c: try to load the default presentation
from a file, if that fails, create the one we've created before
