Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.505 to 1.506
* copy-src/helpers/glib-helpers.h: added
g_signal_connect_swapped_after
* src/io/cria-presentation-parser.c: don't require the theme attribute
for slide elements (we don't need it anymore)
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text.c: fix the compilation
* src/rendering/cria-slide-display-priv.h: extracted the private data
into an own header
* src/rendering/cria-slide-display.c: fix some debugging statements;
open a popup on right click; some cleanups; fix two warnings
* src/rendering/cria-slide-display.h: extracted private information
into a private header
