Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.510 to 1.511
* data/criawips.glade: improve the layout of the slide properties
dialog
* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.c: added 'slide-added' and
'slide-removed'
* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.h: added 'slide-added' and
'slide-removed'
* src/dom/cria-presentation.c: 'slide-deleted' includes the old index
of the slide now
* src/dom/cria-slide-view.c: don't have the 'slide' properties,
include the slide in the notify-title call
* src/dom/cria-slide-view.h: removed the properties installation and
added the slide as a parameter to the notify-slide signal
* src/dom/cria-slide.c: don't install the unused slide property, clean
up the theme stuff correctly
* src/rendering/cria-block-renderer.c: added "Remove" to the context
menu to be able to delete blocks that are not inherited from the
master slide
* src/rendering/cria-canvas-text.c: added a new task
* src/rendering/cria-slide-renderer.c: some cleanup, added the slide
property explicitly
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: add the slide property explicitly
