Added a maintainer_of column to profiles, and integrated it with
editusers.cgi. Not yet integrated with describeuser.cgi or
browse.cgi.
* checksetup.pl:
Add the maintainer_of column to profiles if it doesn't already exist
* editusers.cgi:

Provide a box to edit which products the user is a maintainer or
developer of, and handle such changes
* Bugzilla/User.pm:
Add a product_list method for getting a comma separated list of
product names which the user is a maintainer/developer of
