Integrated maintainer_of with describeuser.cgi and browse.cgi.
* browse.cgi:
* template/en/custom/browse/main.html.tmpl:
Get the list of developers for this module and display it if there
are any, linking the developer names to describeuser.cgi if the
user is logged in.
* describeuser.cgi:
* template/en/custom/reports/user.html.tmpl:
Determine the modules that this user is a developer for and show
them in the section at the right if there are any
* Bugzilla/User.pm:
Be stricter on the splitting of the product_ids; I don't want no
spaces in the database. :)
