I've updated http://test.darcs.net/ with the instructions (we had
accidentally deleted all the content on this.  Luckily, we had the
sources backed up somewhere with darcs).

For now, please darcs send patches to the list.  We'll have to work
out a gitit commit bit policy in the near future, probably a much
looser one than what we have for the darcs source code.  I'll leave
this up to Trent and Gwern to decide.
