You can add ubiquitous UTF-8[0] to that list.  By the way,

  - A4 is an ISO 216 paper size.

  - RFC 3339 is a strict subset of ISO 8601, and probably the "view" on
    ISO 8601 that we should be promoting.

[0] I'm sorry, I just don't care enough about Han unification to fight
it.  Native CJK users can feel free to disagree on that score :P
