Wolfgang, I have pushed a cleanup to master that should help with the
compilation problem...
Apparently your compiler is more strict than mine with regard to some
constructs... which mean that there could be more similar errors lurking
around.
could you please try with latest master and post a new build failure if it
doesn't work ? thx
and, btw, what compiler are you using ?
