It sometimes happens that you don't get handles even though you just
enabled the crop/rotate module. It seems a bit a nasty behaviour as I
can not provoke it, ie. I don't see how to trigger it. It just happens
from time to time. However, it helps to go to another module and come
back to get the handles properly. Therefore, it looks like a focus problem.
