So, I have got two new lenses for my sony, a Sigma 18-250 and a Sigma
10-20. None of the two are automatically recognized by darktable.
I was prepared to report a bug to Exiv2, but I am not sure how to do it
and what exactly report.
My Sigma 18-250 is detected as a Tamron 18-250; if I manually run exiv2
I have the following output related to the lens:

... which *do* contain my lens (Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM) but
also a bunch of others... how is darktable supposed to choose among
them?
For the 10-20 it happens exactly the same:

And the lens is there (Sigma AF 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC), but at the end
the wrong one is chosen.
Raw and jpg files available if someone wants them.
This would not be a big problem, if not for the fact that darktable do
not let me "apply" only the lens type to a set of images leaving the
focal length and other parameters as auto... which forces me to go over
hundreds of photos and setting the lens type manually for each one. I
still thinks that should be possible to "copy" the lens type parameter
anf leave the rest on auto; I see no usefulness in copying to a photo
shot at 250mm the parameters for the same lens at 18mm...
So --- where should I report the bug? Exiv2 detects the lenses as
possible ones; I imagine that there is ambiguity here. Can anyone
suggest a workaround for the time being?
