I'm sold on that, mostly because of the peripherals,
but that doesn't quite address the issue.  Some of
the points below apply to OMAP1, for example:  using
arm926, DSP-qua-DSP, no PRCM, etc

All I'm saying is:  make sure everyone who needs to
agree on this, at a technical level, does so.
