It was the meadowlands sport
complex and the arena was called meadowlands arena as of 87, or somewhere around
there, but by then that is what it was called...cm

Wasn't the larger complex called the Meadowlands (fancy New
Jersey term for swamp), and the arena was called "the Brendan Byrne Arena at
the Meadowlands"?
Pretty sure that's what they called it when the Nets
played there (and Springsteen, for that matter).
