KAZAKHSTAN:

Judgment execution problems debated, Kazakh Senate


A roundtable on "Urgent problems of the judgment execution" has started
its work today in the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Its
organizer is the Chambers Committee for State Construction and Law Policy.

Those attending are the deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of
Kazakhstan, reps of the Presidents Administration, Supreme Court, General
Prosecutors Office, National Centre for Human Rights and ministries.

The roundtable is purposed to discuss urgent problems and issues related
to improving the national legislation and executory process.
