I don't know if this helps you or not but we use a similar weighting
system and here are our results for February:
---
Total Messages: 26,438
Not fail having weight: 20,626 (Avg Wt: 9.62)
Failed Messages: 5,812 ( 21.98%) (Avg Wt: 34.93)

Messages failed the following tests:
ADULT: 80
BADHEADERS: 4633
DSN: 458
MAILFROM: 351
NOABUSE: 4276
NOPOSTMASTER: 3474
ORBZIN: 2162
ORBZOUT: 3239
ORDB: 2281
OSDUL: 33
OSLIST: 1
OSRELAY: 1849
OSSOFT: 218
OSSRC: 1448
REVDNS: 6480
ROUTING: 2409
SPAMCOP: 5218
SPAMHEADERS: 12603
nsbsibl1: 496
sbsibl1: 137
sbsibl2: 79

I think there may be a bug either in my reporting or perhaps in
declude because we did have messages which should have no weight but I
think because of our weight09 test they end up with some weight. I
haven't had time to check.

So the average of our non-failed messages was 9.62 but 34.93 for the
ones that did fail.

Still we move all failed messages to a spam folder and then check them
and move any good ones back to the spool. Here is results of that:
--
Year - Mo Moved Pct Deleted Pct Total
2001 - 12 64 3.92% 1,567 96.08% 1,631
2002 - 01 221 4.08% 5,198 95.92% 5,419
2002 - 02 247 4.19% 5,643 95.81% 5,890

So we still have about 4% of our trapped messages that are really
legitimate messages.

I do not see a solution for this at this point.
