Had you set your "Truncate Message Size To" setting in your Settings screen?
If not, your problem may be a very large email.

Review through your Hold folder and see if you can find one or more very
large emails. If so, move them somewhere and start spamreview. If it comes
up this time go into settings and change "Truncate Message Size To" to 10000
(or whatever).

If all this works move the saved email back to the hold folder and proceed.

When you move the email make sure you get both the Q and D files.

Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] spamreview gone wild

Hi,

This morning I discovered 3 instances of spamreview taking up 100% of
the cpu utiliztion. It happened after using spam review to look at some
spam.

I had to use Task manager to end the processes. No copy of spam review
was visible on the desktop. NT4, sp6a.

I can't tell you the version of spam review because if I try to execute
it, it immediate takes up 100% CPU and is not visible on the desktop
requiring me to use task manager to end the process.

Feedback appreciated.

Thanks,
Andy Baldwin
