Had you set your "Truncate Message Size To" setting in your Settings screen? If not, your problem may be a very large email.
Review through your Hold folder and see if you can find one or more very large emails. If so, move them somewhere and start spamreview. If it comes up this time go into settings and change "Truncate Message Size To" to 10000 (or whatever). If all this works move the saved email back to the hold folder and proceed. When you move the email make sure you get both the Q and D files.
