I wonder if the problem is that the OGG encoder is not working.
Try running these commands:

Should play track 3:
$ gst-launch cdda2wav track=3 ! sunaudiosink

Should encode track 3 to a file named /tmp/test.ogg:
$ gst-launch cdda2wav track=3 ! vorbisenc name=enc quality=0.5 ! oggmux 
! filesink location=/tmp/foo.ogg

Play the ogg file:
$ gst-launch filesrc location=/tmp/foo.ogg ! decodebin ! audioconvert ! 
sunaudiosink

Do any of those fail?  If gst-launch works, then we know the problem is
in sound-juicer itself.  If it fails, then the problem is likely in
the ogg library.

Note that the Fluendo plugin is only a MP3 decoder.  It is not an
encoder, so you can't rip files to MP3 format with the Fluendo plugin.
