Running cdda2wav created a 48MB audio.au file containing silence.

I needed to install the SUNWcdrw package. The cdrw produces a
Segmentation Fault.

$ cdrw -x
Segmentation Fault

cdda2wav -e took a lot longer but still didn't produce a file with audio.

At the beginning of the rip the Drive light flashes on for a second but
doesn't come on again. I don't think this is normal. I noticed this
happened with Sound Juicer as well.

I'll file a bug with the output from cdda2wav -V

Thanks for your help.
