Each, all and any. Again, testpage of printer-admin is 100%, so is the Staroffice testpage. Print this page from Firefox, and the upper lines will be missing, like header. But make sure, to have the printer and system set to A4! Convert any document from Staroffice to PDF (A4), and it will miss the upper part. Printer is irrelevant, it is the same behaviour on all printers (e.g. HP4250, ML2571) on all my installs in all places. Typing Hallo1 Hallo2 Hallo3 Hallo4 in gedit, the layout shows okay, with header. They print the lower half of Hallo2, and Hallo3 and Hallo4; no header of course.
