Authentication Failure

My verify_install.cgi indicates successful login when i run it...but not of
the other scripts allow me to submit anything without generating an
Authentication failure.

1) I have verified the private key
2) I have made sure permissions are set correctly...
3) I can login to the reseller test website without problems although it
seems slow...

Also, I am running on the test environment...
