Well, I'm not usually this dense but...
The Registry's OT&E environment has been having extremely degraded
performance for the past few days. This has been affecting Horizon, as
the flow of traffic goes from you, to us, to the registr, and back - and
the same processes for authenticating handle all the internal traffic.
So... you have to be patient. We're going to try to put some code on
that alleviates this problem (see this month's Tribune article regarding
system stability at http://partner.tucows.com/tribune/) - in the interim I
apologize.
