I'm having a heck of a time with getting the test environment to work. I am
running ActiveState PERL using Win2k and actually had the 2.33 client
working. I just upgraded to 2.41 and now everything behaves erratically..
verify_install.cgi shows valid server login sometimes and other times it
doesn't...reg_system.cgi for a simple lookup fails all the time...earlier,
it was failing with authentication failure. I have changed things around
while trying to figure out what was wrong and when i turned on reg_systems
debug flag I get the following:
Registration Error
The error which occurred was:
Authentication Error: OPS Decode Error: Envelope Protocol Not Supported
What is going on with this?

Bryan,
That's quite odd - could you send me a URL I could look at with your
verify_install and your reg_system?
I'm assuming you've got only one OpenSRS.conf file you're pointing things
at?
