As a Chinese speaker, I'm happy to review the translation. I assume this is the PR: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/55122
I don’t think there’s a language barrier for committers from Taiwan to review it as well, so I would suggest reaching out to them directly to see if they would like to be the sponsor. You can find the list here <https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?airflow>. Personally, I also see this as a great opportunity for me to learn more about the responsibilities of being a translation sponsor. Thanks!
