Thanks so much for all these drafts, Daniel! I personally love the squiggly line one, but sans-feather (for reasons mentioned--and it also wouldn't scale down well).
Of the three colors, I think blue sends the "webby" message Sarven was after, but without giving up the isomorphism--which speeds up recognition about what we're building (and still accommodates for color blindness). Also, I rather liked the colored highlighter barrel also. I hate to ask for another draft, but I think this is getting close! :D Could you do a blue one with a blue highlighter barrel (and no feather)?
