Hi Kenn, There is a version mismatch between Beam version and Dataflow Python worker version (the latter currently has version 2.28.0.dev), you can fix the Dataflow containers themselves without rebuilding the RC.
Also Dataflow containers for Python 3.6 do not include 'dataclasses' - a Beam's dependency, which will cause Dataflow jobs to fail in an environment without internet.
