I'll keep that simple and allow any Apache committer to get such a t-shirt.
Mostly I'd like to make some attempt to say "don't be a jerk while
wearing this tshirt", but beyond that, yes, simple is good. Kinda like
the guy with the WWJD bumper sticker that cuts you off in traffic -
doesn't send the right message.
